Children's Immunization Information

Regular childhood vaccines are available for VFC (Vaccines For Children) eligible* children at no charge. Donations are accepted. Previous immunization record is needed.
*VFC eligible children are age 0-18 years old who are:       

  • Enrolled in Medicaid
  • Uninsured (have no insurance)
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native
  • Underinsured (having healthcare coverage but the benefit plan does not include immunizations)
Not eligible for VFC vaccines:                                        

  • Enrolled in Hawk-I
  • Insurance includes immunizations
 
Schedule for giving children vaccines:
2 months old
4 months old
6 months old
1 year old
after 4 years old

Adult Immunization Information

The following vaccines are available for adults:
Flu*
Hepatitis A*
Hepatitis B
Meningitis*
Pneumonia
Tetanus
Call for vaccine cost. *Also available for children for a fee.
