Held at the Kalona Community Center, 307 6th, Kalona (no appointments needed):

Second Monday of every month 5-6 p.m. (at Physical Therapy Services, 423 B Avenue, Kalona, June-August)

Fourth Thursday of every month 10-11 a.m. (Freedom Security Bank, 402 B. Avenue, Kalona, in April)
