๐Ÿ’ง Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy! ๐Ÿ’ง

As temperatures rise and outdoor activities increase, staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to protect your health.

Water helps your body:
โœ… Regulate temperature
โœ… Prevent dehydration and heat-related illness
โœ… Support digestion and nutrient absorption
โœ… Maintain energy levels and concentration
โœ… Keep joints and muscles functioning properly

Public Health Tip: Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Children, older adults, people who work outdoors, and those with chronic health conditions may be at greater risk for dehydration.

๐Ÿšฐ Try carrying a reusable water bottle, drinking water throughout the day, and choosing water instead of sugary beverages when possible.

Watch for signs of dehydration, including:
โ€ข Dry mouth
โ€ข Headache
โ€ข Dizziness
โ€ข Dark-colored urine
โ€ข Fatigue

Small steps can make a big difference in your health. Make hydration a daily habit and encourage family and friends to do the same!
