✅ Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 AM – 4 PM)
✅ Wear a wide-brimmed hat and UV-blocking sunglasses
✅ Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every 2 hours
✅ Wear lightweight, long-sleeved clothing when possible
✅ Stay hydrated and take breaks in the shade
